FIND A CONFIDANT
Many individuals find the need, or wish to share, that they are suffering from an eating disorder with someone else, a confidant. Often, sharing your experiences with a friend or family member before or during eating disorder treatment can open the door for you to no longer suffer through the eating disorder alone.
VICIOUS CYCLES & BINGE EATING
Compulsive overeaters binge to relieve depression and begin a destructive cycle. Binge eating episodes are followed by resolutions to stop bingeing and adhere to diets.
