Jonathan Rader, Ph.D. - Chief Clinical and Executive Officer. Dr. Rader received
his doctorate from La Jolla University and has over 20 years experience treating
eating disorders. His work on the relationship between sexual abuse and eating disorders
has been documented in eating disorders journals and he has been interviewed as
an expert on eating disorders by numerous magazines and news programs.

Jay Kapitz, C.P.A. - Chief Financial Officer. Jay has been a Controller and Chief
Financial Officer in the eating disorders field for 22 years. He is also responsible
for coordination of information and telecommunication services for Rader Programs.
Jay is proud to have received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA.

Dy Wolpert, R.N. - Director of Nursing and Clinical Director. For the past six years,
Dy has been directly working with Dr. Jonathan Rader, providing eating disorders
treatment to those suffering from the devastating disorders of anorexia nervosa,
bulimia nervosa and compulsive overeating.

Kathi Sirignano. CNA - Administrative Coordinator.
Kathi coordinates all administrative aspects of the program. Kathy acts as a liaison
between the program staff and the eating disordered patient in order to ensure the
highest level of care possible. Kathi is beginning her fourth year on staff. |

Michael R.P. Vivian, M.D. - Medical Director. Dr. Vivian is a graduate of the University
of California Los Angeles School of Medicine and completed his specialty training
in psychiatry at the University of California at San Francisco. He is board certified
in psychiatry and specializes in addiction medicine and recovery. In addition to
his work at Rader Programs, he maintains a private practice in Ventura, California.

Nomi J. Fredrick, M.D. - Psychiatrist, Dr. Fredrick is a graduate of the New York
University School of Medicine. She completed both her residency and fellowship in
psychiatry at the University of California Los Angeles. She specializes in psychopharmacology.
In addition to her work at Rader Programs, she does research in psychoneuro-endocrinology.

ASSESSMENT |

|
 |
Robin Steiner, M.S., M.F.C.C - Assessment Coordinator. Robin received her Masters
in Clinical Psychology from San Diego State University. She has been involved with
the treatment of eating disorders for close to 20 years. She ran a private practice
in Beverly Hills, where she specialized in treating eating disorders. She then went
on to become the Program Director and family therapist of an eating disorder program.
Robin has been part of Rader staff for over eight years.

COUNSELORS |

Navid Papehn, M.A. - Program Coordinator. Navid began as a Primary Counselor.
Received a B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Santa
Barbara and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University
in New York. He has also begun working on a doctorate in Clinical Psychology at
Fielding Graduate University. Navid intends on continuing his work with eating disorders
throughout his career and looks forward to integrating his education into his work
with Rader Programs.

Veronica Bingham, M.S.W. - Primary Counselor. Veronica has her Master's Degree in Social Work
with a concentration on Children, Youth and Family. Registered with the
Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, working towards
licensure with the State of California. Veronica has seven years experience in social services
working with diverse populations within both inpatient/outpatient treatment settings. Veronica has three years experience providing clinical counseling, both individually
and as a group facilitator.

Lindsay Roth, M.A., M.F.T. - Primary Counselor. Lindsay earned her Master's Degree in Psychology with
an emphasis in marriage and family therapy and is registered with the Board of Behavioral
Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Lindsay has five years experience providing
individual, group and family therapy with diverse populations within both inpatient/outpatient
treatment settings.

Sally Staben, M.A. - M.F.T. Individual Therapist. Sally received her masters in
Marriage Family Therapy at California Lutheran University. She has over 10 years
experience working with eating disorder clients. And has 12 plus years of recovery
from Anorexia and Bulimia. She also specializes in the treatment of childhood sexual
abuse and domestic violence towards women and children. |

Erin Olvera, M.S. - M.F.T. Intern. Primary Counselor. Erin recieved her master's degree in counseling
psychology with an empahasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State
University Northridge. She has four years experience providing individual couple,
child and family therapy in diverse treatment settings and has been in recovery
from anorexia for 8 years. Erin is currently working toward licensure as a Marriage
and Family Therapist with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. |

Shannon Hopfensperger - Registered Dietitian, CLE. Shannon is a graduate of San Francisco
State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a minor
in Holistic Health. She then went on to complete the Accredited SFSU Internship/MA
Program in Family & Consumer Sciences. Shannon is a member of the American Dietetic
Association and has been a practicing Clinical RD for six years specializing in
Medical Nutrition Therapy. She has worked professionally for seven years with a
wide variety of nutritional needs including eating disorders in both inpatient and
outpatient settings.

|
Cindy Malecky, M.B.A. - Exercise Counselor. Cindy is originally
from Connecticut but has called Southern California her home for 23 years. She received
her Bachelors in Science from Boston University and subsequently earned her Masters
from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Health Fitness Instructor from
the American College of Sports Medicine with specialized training in Pilate’s for
rehabilitation. Cindy enjoys helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
